2022 Top 10 Favorites

Leah: Hello. It is Leah Piper, your Tantra expert.

Willow: And Dr. Willow Brown, your Taoist sexuality expert. And we are excited about this next episode because we finally get to pedal some really cool products, stuff that has been lighting us up and changing our lives for years. Some of it's been changing our lives for years, and some of its brand new stuff to us. So, we're delighted to share it with you.

Leah: Yes, this is our top 10 favorites for this holiday season, a little survival guide for all of you out there who need a little help when it comes to sex, love, and intimacy this holiday season. So tune in, turn on, and buckle up. It's time to go shopping, honey.

Announcer: Welcome to the Sex Reimagined Podcast, where sex is shame-free and pleasure-forward. Let's get into the show.

Leah: Oh my gosh, it's time to survive the holiday's everyone.

Willow: Oh my gosh. This is the season when we are super low-resourced; everyone's running around, stressed out, extra busy, eating extra sugar, and sleeping fewer hours. It's the time of year we need to be hibernating and going in and replenishing our adrenals and kidneys.

Willow: But in our culture, we do the opposite. So with all the fun that is going to be happening and all the different family members and all that fun stress as well. We've got a little survival guide for you so that you can experience more pleasure this holiday season.

Leah: Yeah, to take a time out when needed to just keep remembering what this holiday season is all about, which is taking exquisitely good care of yourself and others and feeling grateful for this past year and being able to reflect on all the blessings. And that's not always easy to do when you feel isolated and a little lonely; maybe the holidays make you blue. And then, for other people, it's so overwhelming.

Leah: And you feel like you have to go and see the family, or maybe you're the one entertaining. And so it's like, getting dressed stressful, and making everything perfect is stressful, and trying to find the perfect gifts is stressful. And also keep up with traditions.

Hopefully, you're taking some time to really cherish that family and friends are more important than perfection.

Willow: Absolutely. And for those who don't honor Christmas, who don't celebrate Christmas, I think this is a time of year when the vast majority of people are doing this "together thing," but I don't do that. So it also can cause some sense of isolation. Or different holidays, and different religions that are being celebrated.

Leah: We've got Kwanza, we've got New Year, we've got the Solstice. We've got Hanukkah, we've got all sorts of festivities.

Willow: Yeah, it's funny; when you look at the Celtic Wheel of the Year, we're coming up on the winter solstice, which is the return of the light.

Willow: So we still are in this deep, dark period in the year. And so it's this hibernation time for going inside. What is it that I want to renew? What is it that I want to bring forward in the new year? And then we have our typical new year, right in the middle of this winter period; the really new year should be the spring.

Willow: You know, okay, now it's new, now it's coming to light, it's coming to fruition. But for whatever reason, our Gregorian calendar does what it does. So here we are.

Willow: So we've got the top 10 from Leah and me. These are 10 products that we absolutely love. One of the things that have been so great this past year about launching the podcast and a global summit was just connecting with all these amazing Sexperts, and learning about all these incredible products we have been enjoying.

Willow: And Leah's gonna kick us off with the first one cause she's been having way too much fun with this product.

Leah: Yeah. And I have to say that it was really hard to narrow down our top 10 list. But we managed to do it. And also, full disclosure, we will have links for all of these products available to you in our show notes. We do get a little kickback on these products, I just want to be transparent about that and, hey, help our Christmas to be extra special this year and use those links because that would support us keeping the podcast going forward.

[00:04:25] WILL YOU BE OUR SANTA THIS YEAR?

Willow: The other thing that would support us, if you want to give us a great Christmas present, would be to go to your favorite streaming, whatever you like to listen to, Spotify or Apple Podcast and give us a rating. Like give us five stars, or even four we'll take, and then some kind of comments. Because we read those and we love to see those. We want to hear from you and what's going on and what you're learning about.

Willow: And if you're watching it on YouTube, just go ahead and subscribe.

Leah: Subscribe! And definitely comment because that's what gets our show in front of other listeners who we know would benefit from the content we put out. So if you love us, please help other people love us, too, by spreading the word.

Leah: Yes, now onto a number one. All right, so look, if you're like me, you've gone through periods and stages of your sexual life where you feel a little numbed out. It's hard to feel juicy. It's hard to feel the sensation. It's hard to get ramped up and ready to go.

[00:05:24] FAVORITE #1 | AWAKEN AROUSAL OIL

Leah: A girlfriend of mine, Annette, shout out to Annette; she's a colleague. She turned me on to this company that makes these beautiful high-quality CBD lubricants. I love them. They come in beautiful glass jars. They're gorgeous. And they have this one product called Awaken Arousal Oil.

Leah: Now, I don't know if you've ever been exposed to the KY jellies that are supposed to turn you on and make for more sensation. They feel kind of chemically, and they almost have a burning sensation. So I'm never a big fan of those. When I started to try this Awaken Arousal Oil, again, it's got CBD in it; I was really surprised to see the essential oils that they used because normally, I would tell people, don't use these essential oils on their sensitive genitals. Because it's got cinnamon.

Willow: I don't put cinnamon on your pussy, ladies. I think that sounds like a terrible idea.

Leah: Yeah, cinnamon cloves, peppermint, maybe?

Willow: Yeah, the formulation of this one and the oil base that it's in makes it perfect.

Leah: Oh my God, and it smells so good. I don't even know how they were able to make it smell so good. And they have absolutely none of those negative side effects. It's warming. I can feel like it brings some plumpness. It doesn't have a ton of sensation, so it's not overwhelming at all, but it smells so good.

Leah: I slip it on, and then I almost want to gobble my fingers. It smells so good, like, oh my God!

Willow: It's non-taste, though, right?

Leah: Yeah. Yep. It doesn't have any taste. I used it on my husband the other day, and I checked it out, does this have any taste? And it doesn't. And it also didn't coat my mouth.

You apply it to your clitoris, your inner labia, inside the vagina; it's all safe. It's a topical oil that enhances pleasure and sensation, and they say it can lead to bigger, better orgasms.

Leah: And I have to admit, I have been having bigger, better orgasms. I cannot say for sure that it is due to this oil. All I can say is that this oil definitely warms me up, and I've been telling everyone about it because of how impressed I am.

Leah: So I also got, when I ordered from them, I got the suppositories. So they call them melts, a great name for this product.

Willow: The brand itself, by the way, is Foria

Leah: It's just yummy. And then they also have their regular lubricant, which is oil-based CBD organic. Highly recommend them. It's my new favorite lubricant, and I've been in the lubricant business for a long time, yall.

Willow: A long time, really long time. Yes, she's tried 'em all.

Willow: So Awaken Arousal Oil. Great for any of you who are like, I just don't really feel anything. Like, it's kind of numb; my clit used to have all this sensation, but not so much anymore. And guys too, you know, stroke this on the cock if you're feeling like, I just don't really have the Chi I used to have.

Willow: It can be so nice to bring in a stimulating oil like this. Just a game changer.

Leah: Yeah, it looks like they're branded towards women, but don't let that stop you from trying this product out if you are a penis owner.

Willow: That's right, that's right.

[00:08:45] FAVORITE #2 | THE JADE EGG

Willow: So the next one on our list is The Jade Egg.

Willow: Yes. I love the jade egg. I've been teaching jade egg practice for almost two decades now, and it goes fast. The company that we chose for the Jade Egg is, well, they have several products, but the one that we want to promote for you for this Christmas holiday is the Goddess Pack.

That comes with three different sizes and three different stones. And then, what is it, the queen, the queen's egg or something?

Leah: Yeah, yeah. The Queen.

Willow: And that's just the normal one size fits all, medium size, Nephrite Jade. I always give out the Nephrite Jade when people do my course.

Willow: And the reason is because Nephrite brings an opening of communication. It also harmonizes the yin and yang within you. The reason Jade is so popular in China is that it brings prosperity and luck and friendship and connection and all these things.

Leah: You want to know what else about jade that I heard, I wonder if you know this? They saw Jade as being the crystallized semen of Dragons.

Willow: Yes, I've heard that. I forgot about that. That's fantastic. Yeah. Yeah. Crystallized semen of Dragons, baby, I mean, come on, who doesn't want to put that in their Yoni's?

Willow: So I would get the Goddess and the Nephrite Jade or definitely get the queen one if you don't get the whole Goddess set.

Willow: Now, the reason that you would want to get the Goddess set is that it's got those three different sizes. So if you are a woman who knows that you do have a very tight vagina and you're afraid you won't be able to get this medium-sized one in, then you want to get a smaller one. And those can be really comfortable for women who are just kind of atrophied and tight and don't have the elasticity that they used to have.

Willow: And then, there are women who've had several children, and so they've, they're just feeling pretty stretched out. So it's nice to have the bigger one because then you can actually hold it in because even the medium-size one will just kind of fall right out when standing up. So, if you are in your menopausal years, your Power years, then I recommend getting the Goddess Set so that you get that bigger one as well.

Leah: Yeah, and what I love about the Goddess Set is that you not only get the Nephite Jade Egg, the green one, but you also get a Rose Quartz, that's the large one. And then you get the Obsidian, which is the small one. And the Obsidian represents grounding. It helps clear root chakra issues, survival issues, and fear issues and helps bring you into balance, helping you with your intention and just grounding your life and your purpose into your body.

Willow: The Rose Quartz is about heart connection, so love, compassion, acceptance, and surrender. It's got a very strong yin quality to it.

Leah: Forgiveness.

Willow: Yeah, just this, like this heart opening.

Willow: And what's so amazing when you use these stones, and you start to open up the vaginal tissues... and I always think about the stones as adaptogenic, meaning that if you're super tight, if you're hypertonic in your pelvic floor, you can just let your egg rock around inside of your pelvic bowl and kind of massage it from the inside out.

Willow: You're also gonna want to do some pelvic floor therapy, which I teach in my Jade Egg course. But it's nice just to let it kind of rock around and relax in there. So you don't need to be doing a bunch of Kegels if you're already hypertonic because then you might just be creating more tension & strengthening the imbalance that's there. So you don't want to do that quite yet.

Willow: But once you do have that release, then you can start to kegel. Or if you're somebody who's loose and needs to strengthen and tighten the vaginal tissues, then you can go ahead and start kegeling right away.

Willow: And one of the fun things I teach in my class is to put an intention into your egg. Think about it like a seed that you're gonna plant into the earth because your pelvic bowl as a woman is the place of creation. It's the place where we create new life. So it's the most fertile soil of your body. And so when you put an intention into your seed and a prayer like, "I'm calling in connection with my partner", or "more money", or whatever the hell you want to call in, you put it into your egg, and then you pop it right into your yoni.

Leah: Plant that seed, baby.

Willow: Plant that seed, baby. And it can be a shorter 20-minute practice. It could be, you certainly could do that, but you can do it in under a minute and then go about your day. Do your dishes, go to yoga, whatever you like to do.

Leah: Yeah, get the laundry done.

Leah: It's not something you have to sit there and diddle yourself... unless you want to. But it's something that you can... it's like your own little private secret. "I am becoming a master lover as I do my chores and my shopping." And then you'll completely forget it's inside until you go pee.

Willow: Or poop. Be very careful, don't poop; it'll go right into the toilet bowl.

Willow: I've had several women ask, "can you send me another one? I've lost it."

Leah: So, who's the jade egg for? I would say everybody. It's especially good for people who have vaginal atrophy or prolapse. It's for anyone who wants to enhance their inner vaginal sensation.

Leah: And one of the really powerful things is that when we do pelvic floor exercises and we use something like a jade egg, what it's doing is it's bringing our attention to this part of our body, and it's helping us remember, "that's right, I like this part of my body. I want the connection to this part of my body."

Leah: This is not just a part of my body. This is me. And as we bring something inside and it's massaging the vaginal lining. What that's doing is it's bringing pressure, which allows more oxygenated blood to come into the vaginal tissue. And when we've got fresh oxygenated blood, it's gonna make our tissues healthier. It's gonna bring more elasticity, it's gonna help with collagen production, and it's going to bring more sensation. And with 85% of the women having never had an orgasm due to vaginal penetration, this is one of the ways to rewire your neuro pathways so that you can bring more attention and more blood flow to the vaginal lining. Making it more probable to have vaginal orgasmic pleasure in the future.

Leah: So it's a really, really good reason to start building a connection to this part of your body. And it's also one of the things I think that help with people wanting to feel more of a spirit-filled connection to sex.

Willow: Yes.

Leah: And more of a spiritual, sacred connection to their body.

Willow: Absolutely.

Leah: These are the types of practices that lead one down the path of that.

Willow: Absolutely.

Willow: Yeah. And I'll be teaching the next jade egg remedy course in February. So if you get your jade egg for Christmas now, you can start to acquaint yourself with it and get comfortable with it. And then bring it on over to the course and learn some practices that are gonna do exactly that, to get you more spiritually connected to your vajayjay and your body and your femininity.

Leah: Vaginal dryness on New Year's Eve? Fuck.

Willow: Definitely not on New Year's Eve!

[00:16:44] FAVORITE #3 | THE VFIT GOLD PLUS

Willow: Okay, so this next product is something that I've been using for probably three or four years now. And it is designed for women who are either postpartum, perimenopause or gone through menopause. And it is really specific for vaginal atrophy. The tissues get thin when our estrogen levels drop as we go through perimenopause.

Willow: The tissues get thin, so this device is called the VFit Gold Plus, a red light therapy for your yoni. So you know how you go to a red light spa, like an infrared spa? And you sit in the sauna, and you get all heated up. It's just like that in a wand, in a vibrating wand.

Willow: So it's a vibrator, basically. And it comes with a lube that you definitely want to get the lube, the photonic gel, they call it, they don't even call it a lube. It's a photonic gel. Because a doctor developed this. And so the doctor developed it, primarily for herself. After she had kids, she was like, "oooh, I need some healing."

Willow: Yeah. So she needed some healing to her vaginal tissues. And so she developed this device with the red light therapy, and you go ahead, and you use it 12 minutes every other day. So you are worth 12 minutes every other day. And not only is it super healing for the vagina, but it is super pleasurable for the vagina.

Willow: It's warming; it's gonna bring ATP to the tissues, which is proteins, more circulation to the tissues. When you use the gel with it, it brings even more. It makes the red light therapy work even better. One of the things that I get off on when I'm using it is because I'll use it a lot anytime I do a sex magic practice.

Willow: I am due for one, I can feel it in my bones. I use it with a mirror nearby to see and look and be like, wow! Oh my God, my pussy is glowing red light. So I love it. It's beautiful, and it's such a turn-on. It's very sexy, it's very hot. So I highly recommend getting the Vfit Gold Plus. I've doled it out to many, many women at this point, and no one has ever been disappointed with it. It's a great device.

Leah: Well, I love it because you have many of these products out there. They call it vaginal rejuvenation treatments, and you usually have to go to a medi spa and get these treatments basically, what they're doing is using sound waves or light waves to help build more collagen in the introitus of the vaginal opening. Which is supposed to give you back more sensation and tighten up the tissues and help prevent tearing and some of that elasticity in the vagina that gets so thin. And this is a product that you don't have to go and make expensive doctor appointments to get treatment, to get similar results. And for a few minutes every other day to, love your body up and keep things moving and a grooving. It's really important because if we don't use it, we literally will lose it.

Willow: That's right.

Leah: And pleasure is just such an important part of our longevity, for our health, for staying happy, and for increasing our life satisfaction scores, and you know, how important I think that is.

Leah: So, yeah, you deserve it. Is Revlon it, or was it Maybelline? Someone says, "You're worth it."

Willow: You're worth it. You are worth it. And when you do these practices, when you do a pelvic floor release session with the Vfit, or you do a pleasure practice, a sex magic practice with the Vfit, whatever. When you do these things, you are telling your body on a cellular level that you honor it, that you care for it, and that you believe you are worth it. So it is a belief, a way of, you know, physically shifting your mind. So you can use your body to change your mind. Your body and your mind are two sides of the same coin. A lot of times in Eastern traditions, we work the mind to get the body healthy. But you can work the body to get the mind healthy as well.

[00:20:54] FAVORITE #4 | THE ATOM PLUS

Willow: So next, for our penis owners... Now, have you ever wished for firmer and longer-lasting erections where the old lingam is getting a little tired?

Willow: Maybe your refractory periods are getting longer and longer from your last ejaculation to your next erection. Or maybe you just feel like you come too quickly, and sometimes you want to make it special during the holidays, and it's just, "oh my God, I came too fast." And there's sometimes embarrassment with that.

Willow: One of the things that we really love, that is also great for vulva owners. I have one of these, and it's traditionally a cocking, but it's so much more than a cocking. The ladies out there, it seems like when we look at sex toys, a lot of stuff is vibrators that are meant to go inside.

Willow: Or maybe they'll have a little clit action, like the bunny ears or something like that. But this is a vulva stimulator. So it's like a vulva vibrator. And what I love is whether you're a man and you're using it for your ejaculatory control, or for a firmer erection, or if you're a woman who knows it feels so good to have vibration on the outside.

Willow: This cocking, it's shaped in such a way that it can rest right against the vulva.

Willow: Leah, you look like you've got one under your body right now.

Leah: I know. I know, my legs are crossed right now, and I'm kicking, and it's always an interesting time when you see a woman start kicking her leg and it's crossed.

Leah: It's like, oh...

Willow: What is she doing?

Leah: ...her subconscious is operating... Yes. I definitely have one of these. And it's really great.

Willow: This is called the Atom Plus, and it's by our friends over at Hot Octopus. So April Lampert from the Shameless Sex is a VP for that company. I mean, their products are amazing. They take several years to develop their products, and we've got two of them on our top 10 list for you.

Willow: So the first one here is this cocking. Supersonic special, amazing cocking called the Atom Plus. And basically, it goes around, it stretches, and then it goes around the scrotum and the lingam. Both. It goes around both. So it helps men to really like, you know, really supports ejaculatory control.

Willow: And then when a woman is riding, she's getting like clitorial stimulation, whole vulva stimulation, really. And then, at the other side, the base, and the bottom, it's hitting his perineum.

Leah: Yeah. And also, I love it if you're a woman playing with this toy, you can put it on a dildo.

Leah: Again, you've got this like vibration stimulation to the vulva and internal stimulation, either with a dildo or another vibrator. And what's cool about how this product works is if you are using it with a penis owner, it's vibration is gonna send a vibration through his cock into you. And again, really sexy.

Willow: Here it is. It just happened to have it sitting right next to me.

Leah: See, it's not your average cock ring.

Willow: No, it definitely isn't. And so it goes this way on a man; the Lingam goes right through there. It's got different speeds, and it's an amazing material.

Willow: They have the most amazing material...

Leah: very stretchy

Willow: ...over at Hot Octopus. Stretch it. Yeah.

[00:24:16] FAVORITE #5 | THE PLEX WITH FLEX

Willow: So the other one that we have for you from Hot Octopus is called the Plex with Flex. Leah and I are not such a fan of that name. But...

Leah: ...it's not a very intuitive name.

Willow: It's not very sexy.

Leah: I do like the fact that their products have flex to them because...

Leah: yes.

Leah: ...one of the things... like if you look through my bag of toys, you'll see a bunch I don't use anymore, that is hard. They're just hard plastic. I hate them.

Willow: Yeah. Who needs not be flexible?

Leah: They're uncomfortable; they're not life-like. And what I love about their products is they've got flexibility to them.

What they put on the outside is smooth, and it's a much more natural feeling than some of those other plastic toys out there.

Willow: The other thing that Hot Octopus is famous in the sex toy industry for is the vibration that they use. They call it bass and treble. And so they're the only company, I think, that's using this particular oscillation and vibrations, and so it's very, very cool to play with their toys. I have four or five of their toys. But the Plex with Flex is also gonna be super fantastic for men who are having A) erectile dysfunction, or B) premature Ejaculation, or C) anything going on with your prostate, including high PSA levels.

Willow: Meaning, potential future prostate issues. And prostate cancer is one of those things that it's a slow growing cancer. It's usually not a big deal, but an enlarged prostate can become cancerous, or it also can block the urethra, and the bladder can blow out. And doing prostate massage regularly is a preventative for all.

Willow: So, no matter what your age is, it's time to start getting up in there to the prostate.

Leah: I mean, 5 million gay guys can't be wrong; there's something special up your butt. Go find out if you haven't found out yet.

Willow: That's right.

Leah: It's fabulous.

Willow: Women can use it in their booty too.

Leah: Yeah, I was just gonna say, although this was designed for anal stimulation, it's also great vaginally. It is a two-and-one. So whether you want to use it for butt play or whether you want to use it for your pussy, it is your prerogative, and it works great.

Willow: Just to wash it really well in between.

Leah: Yeah. So yeah. Anal or vaginal vibrator. And it's perfect for underneath the sheets after you unwrap it on Christmas morning.

Leah: Next, we have...

[00:26:48] FAVORITE #6 | TANTRA SPEED DATE

Leah: Oh my, you know, sometimes the holidays, we said it earlier, it can just make you a little blue, make you feel a little lonely if you don't have anyone special to share it with.

Leah: And I have had my Christmas blues. And so one of the things we regularly recommend, if you're feeling a little blue this holiday season, whether that's for New Year's or any other festivities that we see in December and January, is to head on out to Tantra Speed Date

Willow: So fun.

Leah: Tantra Speed Date is a great way to meet new friends, perhaps a new lover.

Leah: It's sort of like a conscious dating experience, and it's super cool. It's really lovely. My colleague and friend Guy Shahar developed the practice after coming to our teacher training at Source School of Tantra Yoga, where he saw an exercise that we lead called a puja. And in these circles, you have about, I don't know, anywhere from 30 seconds to five minutes with one partner to do some sort of meditative, heart-opening, intimate, conscious connection experience. And you're safe. Nothing creepy happens, but it's a deeper way of connecting. And they've had not only marriages but lots of friendships come out of it. They have them in over 25 cities, and I think in four countries. So, we will give you the link in the show notes for you to check out those classes.

Leah: I think they're usually about two hours long. Maybe sometimes three. and they're affordable anywhere from $55 an event up to $225, I think. Or not $225, $125. Probably in bigger cities like New York. But they have 'em here in Sacramento, where I live.

Willow: They are here in Santa Cruz as well.

Leah: That's right.

Willow: Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, anyone who's ever been always has a great time. What happens a lot is you go to them a little bit nervous, and you're like... "oh, I don't really want to do this." But then you have these deep, intimate drop-ins that are kind of quick, quick, and good, and then afterward, you don't want to leave all this community. This newfound community that you just found. There is something very special about people coming to Tantra, even if it's this speed dating style of Tantra. Because there's an openness, there's a willingness to explore something different that many people in the world don't have.

Leah: What I love about what's built into the program is real relationship skills. You not only walk away from meeting cool people, but you also feel that you just learned something. The little exercises are everything from like partner yoga to a little bit of actor improv, to eye gazing, to dance, to meditation, to Tantra intimacy practices.

Leah: So it's wide-ranging. And you just have fun. Don't worry about feeling awkward. This is probably one of those experiences, unlike regular speed dating, where whatever shyness or awkwardness you may have walking in gets dispelled and dissolves faster than any other method. So I highly encourage it.

Willow: I love that.

[00:30:06] FAVORITE #7 | ALISON ARMSTRONG'S GAME-CHANGING HOLIDAY BOOK BUNDLE

Willow: Now, number seven on our top 10 list is one of Leah's favorite teachers, Alison Armstrong. She's got a couple of things that we want to make sure that you know about, and one of them is a bundle that she's offering for Christmas. Very cool. It covers The Queen's Code, Keys to the Kingdom, and one other book. Each time you listen to or read one of her books, it completely changes the way you think about the male brain and the female brain. These two brains are very, very different. And the way that they communicate with each other, the way they understand or don't understand each other, you're gonna learn so much about that when you tune in with her work.

Leah: Yeah, this is the Game-Changing Holiday Bundle, and it's these three books.

Leah: And I would say this is more directed towards women. Because let's face it, the struggle is real when it comes to getting a man, keeping a man, and staying happy with a man. So for those cisgendered sisters out there, this is something to look at. There were so many things in all three of these books that blew my mind.

Leah: And this was already into a career, in intimacy and relationships going on 15 years at the time that I started studying with Alison And these books like they will bring so many ahas. I mean, Willow, we should probably just do a book club with these three books. It changes how you look at the opposite sex, and it ends up changing your relationships with men in general. Not just a lover, but with your brother, with your father, with your coworkers, with your son. It has an overreaching transformational impact on how you see men in general.

Her work has been impactful in both of our lives. If you've listened to any of our interviews with Alison. So, the first book is Keys to the Kingdom, and you'll get a lot out of that. You'll get some ideas about how men move through these different stages of development.

Leah: And then you're gonna read the Queen's Code. And the Queen's Code kind of picks up where the Kings to the Kingdom left off. Only this time, you get to explore through the characters the pain that women find themselves in and their frustration with not understanding men and also not feeling like the men in their life understand them.

Leah: And it can be really painful not to be seen and not begotten. And feeling like you're both talking, it seems you're talking from a different language. So she illuminates how our brains are different and how we see things differently. And when we get that illumination, we can react and respond differently.

Leah: And then there's Making Sense of Men, and this book is also super enlightening. So totally, totally encourage you to get this. I'm super affordable.

Willow: Absolutely. It's such a game-changer. If you've ever heard yourself say, "I have all these girlfriends who see me and get me, but I can't seem to get a man. No man has ever really truly seen me." I just had a woman say that the other day and I were like, well, there is something about that. There is a way to remedy that, and Alison's work is really that. And so this bundle, in particular, is really for that.

Leah: Yeah. And chances are, if you don't feel seen, you probably are also not seeing others.

Willow: Yeah.

Leah: And so it's a two-way street, and it's something to look at. And you can read these books on her app, where I think you can get the hard copies. Great, great Christmas present for a sister or a mother, or I love her. . . . Okay.

[00:33:49] FAVORITE #8 | UNDERSTANDING MEN, UNDERSTANDING WOMEN ONLINE COURSE

Leah: Now, the other program we highly recommend, and this is a little bit of a bigger, higher price ticket, but I think it's worth every cent, and it is on sale.

Leah: And we'll get you a link for that. And this is her course Understanding Men, Understanding Women. This, again, was another life-changing workshop I took with Alison. And it kind of comes from this place, you know, you love each other, but you can't seem to get on the same page with your partner. Your communication comes out sharp and critical and frustrated, and then you start feeling hopeless, and it feels like no matter what you do, again, you feel stuck. You ask, "why does this keep feeling stressful instead of hopeful?" So, in this course, you watch and participate in it.

Leah: And I think Alison maybe even has live calls so you can come in and get your questions answered. But it has radical breakthroughs in the way that you communicate with your partner or your future partner. I took this course when I was single. And then, when I did have a partner, he came, and we did it again, and we did the understanding women aspect.

Leah: And I'll tell you just some of the ways we both would just, we ended up developing code words for when we were getting upset. That was the language we had gotten out of the course. So one of them was a sheepdog. And when you take the course, you'll understand sheepdogs. But for many women, when we get upset, all we can see is a wolf.

Leah: And we forget that we're surrounded by sheepdogs. And so that ended up being a great communication piece for a former partner and me.

[00:35:30] FAVORITE #9 | YONI EMPOWERMENT BUNDLE

Willow: All right, so the two more we want to cover with you is our Yoni Empowerment Bundle. These classes that Leah and I did early on in our career together and they are great courses.

These are gonna be for women as well. They cover quite a lot of getting to know your yoni in a new way. So there's a Vulva Witnessing Practice in there. There's Pelvic Floor Release Therapy. So again, if you've got the Vfit and have the Yoni Empowerment Bundle, then you can use your Vfit to do that.

Leah: ...or your Jade Egg. Yeah.

Willow: Or your Jade Egg, there's a Jade Egg practice in this as well. Yeah. And then there's G-spot and Sacred Spot Mapping. So, so powerful. Leah teaches that so beautifully and also...

Leah: ...and Vulva Witnessing

Willow: Yeah. Then also, there's the meditation inside of that as well.

Willow: I think we've priced that really reasonably because we want you to have all those practices, and we want you to get more acquainted with our work

Leah: Yeah. So this is like a practicum series that you can do right along with us. So if the only thing you want for Christmas is to stop feeling so isolated from your femininity and your juiciness and this is the program for you.

Willow: Absolutely.

Leah: Yeah. It's one of those things I know I'll be practicing throughout the holidays.

Willow: Definitely.

[00:36:59] FAVORITE #10 | INTRODUCTION TO SEXUAL HEALING WITH LEAH

Leah: And lastly, there's nothing like the holidays to remind you of all the fucked up shit that's ever happened to you, right? Grandma or somebody just triggers you to high heaven

Willow: or you just uncle creepy...

Leah: ...your uncle creepy...

Willow: ...he's still lurking around, and you're like, "ugh."

Willow: And all those old feelings and all those old traumas and dramas that you've been working so hard to overcome, they just come flooding right back. And so, what we have for you is an opportunity to unlock that.

Leah: Yeah. So, I did a course with the Tantra Institute of New York, and it was an Introduction to Sexual Healing.

Leah: And in that program, you'll start to understand how the stuff from the past gets stored in the body, where in the body it gets stored, and why we want to kind of clean out the basements of our past, and start to move that contracted pain up and out of our system, so that we can make more space for love to live there.

Leah: And there's not one of us who has been on the path of sex and love that hasn't been hurt on that path. And this is a way to come and discover more wholeness in your sexual body. And when we alleviate these blocks of shame, guilt, fear, bad memories, broken hearts, whatever the story is. Doesn't even matter what the story is, how severe it is, or how less severe it is as compared to someone else.

Leah: They're all just contractions in the body, and we start to move that. I teach in the course how to use touch, how to use breath, how sound, and how to use arousal in your ability to move that which isn't love up and out of the system so that you create more space in your body for love to live there. And when we've got more space freed up and open, pleasure becomes more effortless, and we've got a greater connection to our ability to have bliss, peace, and hope for our future.

Leah: So even if you've been through really, really painful stuff, Willow and I have significant trauma in our past. I just want to give you a lot of hope because when we face adversity, and we can overcome that adversity, our life satisfaction scores, once again, are much greater than for those people who haven't had a lot of adversity.

Leah: So even if you've gotten the shit stick from life a little too often, I just want to remind you that your resilience of having overcome painful experiences, it doesn't have to knock you down; you just gotta get back up. And we're meant to do this sort of stuff together. I think we get so lonely thinking about our aloneness that we're the only ones who are broken.

Leah: And fuck man, we've all been broken, and we can bring our arms around each other, and we can lift each other up. And this is a course that hopefully will renew your faith in love, and in sexuality, and in the power of community. That would be my gift to you.

Willow: Such a beautiful course. Thank you so much for bringing that to us because I think everything you just said definitely resonates with me right now.

Willow: I'm certainly going through my own little dark night of the soul at this moment. And so it is just such a good reminder that we are not alone, and we are not meant to do this alone. And that's why we have each other. So that's why we're here for you and offering you these incredible products, classes, and courses so you can become stronger and more resilient. And I get it, I know. You just don't want to be the strong one anymore, god damn it. But, yeah, I feel you there. But ya know, like, what else are you gonna do when you're in that? When you're face to face with it?

Leah: So I've had a lot of lonely by myself holiday experiences, and I have to say, if that's happening for you this year, I hope that you're binging on the podcast and that we're with you, and you don't have to do this holiday alone. Let us make you laugh, and let us illuminate the blessings of what sexual love and sexuality are really in store for all of us.

Leah: And that you continue to be courageous. And put that smile on your face and go on a long walk, and sing Happy Holidays to everyone you encounter on the street. Just like you would at home.

Willow: Yes, absolutely. So with that, we are wishing you a glorious holiday season. Be sure to check out the page where you can purchase all of these. We'll have it in the show notes for you, and, yeah, enjoy.

Willow: There's some good stuff in here.

Leah: Yeah. And I hope you hug your loved ones close and get kissed underneath the mistletoe this season. Love, love, love.
