We’ll work with a rose quartz yoni stone (instead of jade) to reharmonize and strengthen your pelvic floor, bringing the tissues back into tone and balance while helping unwind old emotional and psychological imprints.

You’ll also learn tantric breathwork to move energy through your meridians for higher arousal and a fuller experience of Shakti, your innate feminine sexual energy.
